Technology Group Ltd, Gibraltar, company no. 119378. Last updated October 2026. The Key is for adults only: you must be 18 or over.
Terms of Use
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use (the Terms) are a contract between you and Technology Group Ltd, a company incorporated in Gibraltar with Company Registration No. 119378, whose registered office is at Suite 4, 2nd Floor, The West Wing, Montarik House, 3 Bedlam Court, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, trading as The Key (we, us, our). Our contact details are set out in our Legal Notice. The Terms apply to your use of the website thekeylive.vip, the app thekeylive.app and all related services (together, the Platform). You accept the Terms by ticking the acceptance box when you create an account. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Platform. Visitors who have not created an account and passed age assurance may only see our public, non-adult pages. These Terms should be read with the documents listed in the Contents of this suite, in particular the Tech Token Terms & Refund Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Age Assurance Policy, the Recording & Consent Policy, the Complaints Policy and the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the document dealing with the specific topic applies.
2. Key definitions
Guest – an adult who has registered an account, passed our age assurance and uses the Platform to meet Hosts.
Host – an independent, adult, age- and identity-verified person who offers Meetings and other interactive services on the Platform under our Host Agreement.
Meeting – a live, paid or free, video, voice or text session between a Guest and a Host on the Platform, including private one-to-one Meetings.
Tech Tokens – the closed-loop, non-exchangeable digital tokens you buy from us and can use only on the Platform to pay for Meetings, tips, virtual gifts and other paid features. They have no cash value and are non-refundable except as set out in the Tech Token Terms & Refund Policy.
Content – anything shown, said, streamed, uploaded or sent on the Platform, including video, audio, images, messages and profile information.
Consumer – an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
3. What The Key is
The Key is an 18+ Platform that lets adult Guests book and pay for live Meetings and other interactive services with independent Hosts. Hosts are not our employees or agents; each Host decides the services they offer, within our rules. Some Meetings may include adult (sexual) content. If you are likely to be offended by such content, please do not use the Platform. We provide the technology, payments, moderation and support that make Meetings possible. We do not guarantee that a specific Host will be available, or that a Host will provide any interaction beyond what they describe on their profile.
4. Who can use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for adult content or for entering contracts.
You must pass our age assurance check (Yoti) before you can view any adult Content (see the Age Assurance Policy). Ticking a box to say you are 18 is not enough.
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, give accurate information and keep it up to date, and keep only one account.
You must not use the Platform if you are subject to sanctions, or if using it is unlawful where you are.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@thekeylive.vip if you think someone else has accessed your account. Do not allow anyone else, especially anyone under 18, to use your account, device or payment method to access the Platform.
6. Meetings
Each Host’s profile shows the Meeting types they offer and their rate in Tech Tokens (for example per minute or per Meeting). The rate is shown before a Meeting starts and your token balance is shown during it.
You can end a Meeting at any time. Tokens are only deducted for the time or features actually used.
Hosts may set boundaries (for example, what they will or will not do, camera on or off). Respecting those boundaries is a condition of using the Platform.
If a Meeting fails because of a technical fault on our side, or a Host does not provide the Meeting as described, contact us under the Complaints Policy and we will put things right as set out in the Tech Token Terms & Refund Policy.
Meeting in person, or arranging contact outside the Platform, is not allowed (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
7. Tips, gifts and other features
Tips – you can send Tech Tokens to a Host as a voluntary tip. Tips do not entitle you to any particular response or Content.
Gifts – gifts are provided only through the Platform. A gift is a virtual item that you buy with Tech Tokens and send to a Host within the Platform; the token price is shown before you send it. There are no physical gifts. You must not send, or offer to send, gifts, money or payments to a Host outside the Platform (for example through wish lists, gift cards, payment apps, bank transfers or crypto wallet addresses), and Hosts must not ask for them. Once sent, a virtual gift is not refundable, except as set out in the Tech Token Terms & Refund Policy.
Pooled gifts (e.g. “Goodies Basket”) – Guests can contribute tokens towards a shared goal for a Host. If the goal is not reached by the stated deadline, contributions are returned to contributors as tokens.
Local Highlights – we may show a Host’s country or region if the Host chooses to display it. Location indicators are approximate and Hosts control them. Using location or profile information to find, follow or harass anyone is strictly prohibited.
8. Prices and payment
We show the full price of each Tech Token pack, including any taxes and mandatory fees, before you pay. We accept payment only by Open Banking (pay by bank) and by cryptoassets, through our regulated Open Banking and crypto payment partner. Payment processing, settlement and Host payouts are handled by our regulated payment and payout provider. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and we never accept payment outside the Platform’s checkout. Full details, including how refunds work for each method, are in the Tech Token Terms & Refund Policy.
9. No cooling-off period
Tech Tokens and live Meetings are supplied immediately at your request, so there is no cooling-off period and no right to cancel a Tech Token purchase or a Meeting once supply begins. At checkout, before you pay, you expressly request that we supply your Tech Tokens immediately and acknowledge that you will have no right to cancel once supply begins. We confirm your request and acknowledgement by email with your purchase receipt. This does not affect your other legal rights, for example where a Meeting is faulty or not as described (see the Tech Token Terms & Refund Policy).
10. Content and conduct
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Recording & Consent Policy. In short: be respectful, follow the law, do not record or share anyone without their consent, do not ask for or offer anything illegal, and never involve anyone under 18. We moderate the Platform as explained in the Content Moderation Policy.
11. Recording
You must not record, screenshot, screen-capture or re-stream any Meeting or Content, unless the Platform offers a feature for it and everyone involved has given explicit consent through that feature. Breaking this rule can lead to immediate permanent suspension and may be reported to the police. See the Recording & Consent Policy.
12. Intellectual property
The Platform, our brand and our software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for private, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms. Hosts own the Content they create. You may view it only through the Platform during Meetings or as made available to you. You must not copy, download, distribute or sell it. If you send us messages or other Content, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display and moderate it, so far as needed to run the Platform, keep it safe and comply with law. This licence ends when the Content is deleted, except where we must keep it for legal, safety or dispute reasons.
13. Moderation, suspension and termination
We may remove Content, restrict features, or suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that:
these Terms or our policies have been seriously or repeatedly broken;
there is a risk to the safety of any person, especially any child;
there is fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; or
we are required to do so by law or a regulator. Unless the law or safety reasons prevent it, we will tell you what we have done, why, and how you can appeal under the Complaints Policy. For less serious issues we will usually give a warning first. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, fraud or unlawful conduct, we will refund your unused purchased Tech Tokens as described in the Tech Token Terms & Refund Policy.
14. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time in account settings. Tech Tokens are non- refundable, so before you close your account, we will show you your token balance and remind you that unused tokens will be lost, except where the Tech Token Terms & Refund Policy or the law provide for a refund. Promotional tokens and Club VIP points end when your account closes. We will handle your personal data as explained in the Privacy Policy.
15. Our responsibility to you
If we break these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when you accepted these Terms, or for business losses (the Platform is for private use only). We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights as a Consumer (for example, the right to services provided with reasonable care and skill and as described). Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) Five hundred pounds GBP or equivalent. Hosts are independent and are responsible for their own conduct. We are responsible for our own obligations, including how we verify Hosts, moderate the Platform and handle payments.
16. Your responsibility to us
You are responsible for losses we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms, your fraud or your unlawful conduct, where those losses were foreseeable. This does not apply to losses caused by our own breach or negligence.
17. Changes to these Terms or the Platform
We may change these Terms to reflect changes in law, regulation, our services, payment providers or security needs. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any change that materially affects you, by email and in the app. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the change takes effect and, if the change is to your disadvantage, we will refund your unused purchased Tech Tokens. We may make changes immediately where the law, a regulator or an urgent safety issue requires it, and we will tell you as soon as we can.
18. Artificial intelligence
We use automated and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help with safety and moderation, fraud detection, translation, search and recommendations, and customer support. A human reviews decisions that significantly affect you, such as account suspensions, and you can ask for a review under the Complaints Policy. We will always tell you when you are interacting with an AI system rather than a person. We never present an AI-generated persona as a real Host, and AI- generated or manipulated sexual imagery of a real person without their consent is prohibited.
19. Recommendations
We show Hosts to you based on factors such as availability, popularity, ratings, your past activity and your stated preferences. You can choose a non-personalised view in settings where available. Ratings and reviews must be genuine; we do not allow fake reviews or reviews written in exchange for undisclosed incentives, and we remove them when we find them.
20. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first under our Complaints Policy at complaints@thekeylive.vip. Most issues can be solved quickly. If we cannot resolve your complaint, the Complaints Policy explains what other options you have, including out-of-court dispute settlement where available.
21. Law and courts
These Terms are governed by the law of Gibraltar. If you are a Consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring legal proceedings either in the courts of Gibraltar or in the courts of the country where you live. If you are not a Consumer, the courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction.
22. General
Events outside our control – we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will tell you and take steps to minimise the effect.
Transfer – we may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation; we will tell you and this will not reduce your rights. You may not transfer your account.
Severability – if a court finds part of these Terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force.
No waiver – if we delay enforcing these Terms, we can still enforce them later.
Language – these Terms are in English. Translations are for convenience only.
Third parties – no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
Tech Tokens are a closed-loop, non-exchangeable digital token issued by Technology Group Ltd. They can be used only on The Key Platform, to pay for Meetings, tips, virtual gifts and other paid features.
Tech Tokens have no cash value. Guests cannot transfer, sell, exchange or withdraw them, or convert them into money, cryptoassets or anything else, and they cannot be used to pay anyone other than us.
Tech Tokens are not money, electronic money, a deposit, a cryptoasset or an investment, and they do not earn interest.
When you use tokens with a Host, the tokens are used up. Hosts do not receive or hold Tech Tokens; we pay Hosts their earnings in money under the Host Agreement.
2. Price and value
Token packs and their prices, including any taxes and mandatory fees, are shown before you pay. Tech Token price: 1 Tech Token = one GBP or equivalent.
Each Host’s rate in Tech Tokens is shown before a Meeting starts, and your remaining balance is shown during it.
Prices may differ by currency or region. Any change in price applies only to future purchases, never to tokens you already hold.
3. Tech Tokens are non-refundable
Tech Tokens, and tips and virtual gifts paid for with them, are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. This does not affect your legal rights. We will restore tokens or give a refund where:
Faulty or not as described – a Meeting or feature fails because of a fault on our side, or a Host does not provide the Meeting as described. Tell us within 7 days (this does not affect your statutory rights); we will restore the tokens used or, where the law requires, refund their price;
Our error – we charged you the wrong amount, charged you twice, or credited the wrong number of tokens;
Unauthorised payments – a purchase was made from your bank account or wallet without your authorisation;
We close the Platform or your account – for a reason other than your breach of our Terms, fraud or unlawful conduct; or
Other cases – any other case where the law requires a refund. Promotional and bonus tokens are free, have no cash value and are never refunded. Tokens are used in this order: promotional tokens first, then paid tokens.
4. No cooling-off period
Tech Tokens are credited to your account, ready to use in live Meetings, as soon as you buy them. There is therefore no cooling-off period and no right to cancel a Tech Token purchase or a Meeting once supply begins. At checkout, before you pay:
Request – you expressly request that we supply your Tech Tokens immediately; and
Acknowledgement – you acknowledge that you will have no right to cancel once supply begins.
(continued) We confirm your request and acknowledgement by email (a durable medium) with your purchase receipt. Your other legal rights, set out in section 3, are not affected.
5. Paying by Open Banking (pay by bank)
Open Banking payments are provided by our regulated Open Banking and crypto payment partner. Settlement of payments is handled by our regulated payment and payout provider. We never see your online banking login details.
You will be redirected to your bank’s app or website, where you review and authorise the exact amount to Technology Group Ltd. The payment is made directly from your bank account, usually by Faster Payments (UK) or SEPA Instant (EU).
Tokens are credited once your bank confirms the payment. If the payment fails or is cancelled in your bank app, no tokens are credited and no money is taken.
Open Banking payments are not card payments, so there are no “chargebacks”. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first under the Complaints Policy.
If a payment was taken from your account without your authorisation, tell your bank straight away; your bank has legal duties to deal with unauthorised payments. Please also tell us at payments@thekeylive.vip.
If someone tricked you into paying them by pretending to be The Key, contact your bank immediately. In the UK, victims of authorised push payment (APP) fraud made by Faster Payments may be reimbursed by their bank under the Payment Systems Regulator’s rules (up to £85,000 per claim). Disagreements with us about a genuine purchase are not APP fraud; they are handled under our Complaints Policy and your consumer rights.
We will never ask you to pay by bank transfer outside the checkout, or to pay a Host directly.
6. Paying with cryptoassets
Crypto payments are processed by our regulated Open Banking and crypto payment partner. We accept the following coins and networks: USDT (Tether) and USDC (Ethereum / Polygon).
When you choose crypto, you receive a quote showing the amount of crypto, the network, the wallet address and the number of Tech Tokens. The quote is fixed for 15 minutes (the quote window). If the payment does not arrive in full within the quote window, the provider may re-quote at the current rate or return the payment, less network fees.
You pay all network (“gas”) fees for sending the payment. The amount received must match the quote. Underpayments are credited pro rata; overpayments are credited as tokens / returned.
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Always check the address and network. If you send crypto to the wrong address, on the wrong network or in an unsupported coin, it may be permanently lost. We and the provider will try to help recover it but cannot guarantee this, and recovery may involve a fee.
Cryptoasset values can change rapidly. Your tokens are priced at the quote; later price movements do not change the number of tokens you receive.
Our providers and we carry out sanctions screening and blockchain analytics. To meet the “travel rule” and anti-money-laundering laws, you may be asked for information about yourself and to prove you control the sending wallet (for example, for payments over €1,000 / £1,000 or where the risk is higher). We may refuse, hold or return payments linked to sanctioned, stolen or high-risk sources and may have to report them to the authorities.
We do not exchange, hold or look after cryptoassets for you, and nothing on the Platform is an invitation to buy or invest in cryptoassets.
7. How refunds are paid (where a refund is due)
Restoring tokens – where the problem relates to tokens already spent, we will usually restore the tokens to your balance.
Open Banking purchases – money refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account you paid from.
Crypto purchases – money refunds are paid in the same cryptoasset to a wallet you have verified you control. The amount is the price you paid for the refunded tokens in GBP/EUR, converted at our provider’s rate on the day of the refund, less network fees, so you may receive more or less crypto than you sent. You can choose restored tokens instead.
We may need to verify your identity before paying a refund, and we will not pay refunds to a third party.
8. Expiry and dormant accounts Tech Tokens do not expire.
9. Tips and virtual gifts
Tips and gifts are made only through the Platform, using Tech Tokens. Gifts are virtual items; there are no physical gifts and no gifts or payments outside the Platform.
Tips and gifts are voluntary and do not entitle you to any particular response or Content. They are not refunded once sent, unless sent by mistake and reported within 24 hours, or where the law requires.
Contributions to pooled gifts (e.g. “Goodies Basket”) are returned to contributors as tokens if the goal is not reached by the stated deadline.
10. Spending controls
You can set daily, weekly or monthly spending limits, and a cool-off period, in your account settings. We may contact you or apply limits if we see signs that spending may be causing harm. Automatic top-ups are off unless you switch them on; you can switch them off at any time.
(continued) 11. Fraud and misuse If we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or misuse of payments, we may hold tokens or refunds while we investigate, ask for information, or close accounts as described in the Terms of Use. We will act proportionately and tell you the outcome where the law allows.
Club VIP is our loyalty programme. You can join or leave at any time in your account settings; membership is free.
You earn VIP Points on Tech Tokens you spend on Meetings at the rate shown in your account currently ONE point per token spent. Promotions may increase the rate up to 2 times the standard rate. Promotional tokens do not earn points.
VIP Points unlock status levels and benefits as shown in your account. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
Points expire 12 months after they were earned. Your status level is reviewed every quarter. We will show your points, expiry dates and status rules clearly in your account.
We may change or end Club VIP for good reason (for example, legal, security or commercial reasons), giving at least 30 days’ notice. We will not take away benefits you have already earned without giving you a fair chance to use them.
Points obtained by fraud, multiple accounts or abuse may be removed.
2. Referrals
You can invite adults to join The Key using your referral link. Rewards are given only when the person you refer registers, passes age assurance and makes a first token purchase of at least 100 tokens.
Rewards are 50 promotional Tech Tokens, with no cash value.
You must not send spam, post your link in places that could reach under-18s, refer yourself, or pay or incentivise people in undisclosed ways. Any promotion of your link must make clear it is a referral link.
We may withhold rewards obtained in breach of these rules.
3. Promotions
Each promotion will have its own clear terms, showing the start and end dates, eligibility and any limits, before you take part.
This policy applies to everyone who uses The Key: Guests, Hosts and visitors. Breaking it can lead to Content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent closure of accounts, and reports to the police or other authorities.
2. You must not
involve, depict, describe or role-play anyone under 18, or use language, costumes or settings that suggest a minor (for example “teen”, school uniforms or age-play);
allow any person to appear in a Meeting unless they are a verified Host or a verified co-performer registered for that Meeting;
record, screenshot, capture, re-stream or share any Meeting or Content without everyone’s explicit consent through a Platform feature;
share intimate images of anyone without consent, or threaten to do so (including “sextortion”);
create, share or request AI-generated, “deepfake” or manipulated sexual imagery of a real person without their consent;
harass, threaten, bully, stalk, dox, or discriminate against anyone, or encourage self-harm or suicide;
promote, request or offer sexual services in person, escorting, prostitution, or any meeting or contact outside the Platform;
share personal contact details, social media handles or payment details in order to move interactions or payments off the Platform;
ask for, offer, send or accept money, gifts or cryptoassets outside the Platform. Gifts are only virtual gifts bought with Tech Tokens on the Platform;
solicit off-Platform gifts or payments in any form, including wish lists (for example Amazon or Throne lists), gift cards, external payment links or handles (for example PayPal, Cash App, Revolut, bank details) or crypto wallet addresses, or share a postal address for gifts;
take part in, or encourage, non-consensual acts, violence, bestiality, incest, the use of drugs or alcohol to impair consent, or any illegal activity;
coerce, pressure or control another person to perform or appear (including where a third party manages a Host’s account or earnings without our approval);
impersonate anyone, create fake profiles, create multiple accounts, or misrepresent your age, identity or location;
post fake reviews or ratings, or manipulate rankings;
send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or links, or advertise other services;
upload malware, scrape the Platform, probe or bypass security, or use bots or automation without permission;
infringe anyone’s copyright, trademarks, image rights or privacy;
use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or terrorist financing;
encourage hate, terrorism or violent extremism.
3. Content categories
Adult Content is allowed only in private or clearly age-gated areas after age assurance, and only within the rules of the Content Moderation Policy. Public profile images and descriptions must not contain explicit nudity or sexual acts.
4. Reporting
Use the “Report” button on any profile, message or Meeting, or email safety@thekeylive.vip. You can report anonymously. Urgent risks to a child or to life will be escalated immediately to the authorities.
5. Enforcement
We decide on action case by case, considering how serious the conduct is, whether it was intentional or repeated, and the harm caused. Any involvement of minors, non-consensual Content, trafficking or coercion results in immediate permanent closure and reporting. We tell users about our decisions and how to appeal, as set out in the Complaints Policy.
This policy explains how The Key keeps the Platform safe, lawful and consensual. Report concerns to moderator@thekeylive.vip or via the in-app Report button.
2. Core principles
Consent is mandatory – everyone who appears must be a verified adult who has agreed to appear.
Safety first – harmful or exploitative Content is not tolerated.
Transparency – clear rules, clear reasons for decisions, and a right to appeal.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, trafficking and non-consensual Content.
3. Allowed Content
Adult Content is permitted only if it involves only verified, consenting adults (18+), is lawful where it is made and viewed, is shown only to age-assured Guests in age-restricted areas, and does not involve coercion, exploitation or deception. Examples include adult live Meetings, consensual explicit performances and interactive features such as chat and tipping.
4. Prohibited Content (zero tolerance)
Any Content involving, depicting or suggesting a minor (real, simulated, animated or AI-generated), and age-play themes.
Human trafficking, coercion, or anyone appearing under the control of another person.
Non-consensual Content, including hidden-camera footage, intimate image abuse and “revenge” Content.
Rape or non-consensual themes, including consensual non-consent (CNC) role-play is prohibited.
Bestiality, incest, necrophilia, and extreme violence or gore.
Intoxication-based participation, or drugs used to impair consent.
Self-harm, suicide promotion, dangerous acts.
Hate speech, harassment, terrorism and extremism.
Fraud, scams, and financial exploitation.
Extreme fetish Content including all listed above, and degrading or abusive language targeting protected groups is prohibited.
5. Verification of Hosts and co-performers
Every Host, and every other person who appears on camera, must before appearing, provide government-issued photo ID; pass facial matching and liveness checks through Yoti; be confirmed as 18 or over; and sign a consent and release form. Hosts must not let any unverified person appear. See the Age Assurance Policy and the Host Agreement.
6. How we moderate
Before publication – profile images, videos and other uploaded Content are reviewed before they go live by automated tools plus human review.
Live Meetings – automated tools monitor live streams in real time for signs of minors, violence, prohibited acts and unverified people, with human moderators able to intervene and end a stream immediately.
User reports – one-click reporting on every profile, message and Meeting, with an anonymous option. Serious allegations (minors, non-consent, trafficking, threats to life) are fast-tracked.
Keyword controls – we block searches, usernames and messages containing banned terms.
7. Enforcement
Violations may lead to Content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, loss of features, permanent closure, withholding of Host earnings linked to the violation (as set out in the Host Agreement), and reports to law enforcement. Serious violations lead to immediate closure.
8. Decisions, reasons and appeals
When we restrict Content or an account, we give the person affected a statement of reasons (unless the law or safety prevents it), including what we did, why, whether automated tools were used, and how to appeal. Anyone who appears in Content can ask for it to be removed at any time. Appeals and complaints are handled under the Complaints Policy; Content-related complaints are resolved within 7 business days.
9. Safety features
Block and mute; Host control over who can contact them and what they offer; country and region blocking for Hosts; spending limits for Guests; anti-harassment filters.
10. Review
We review this policy at least once a year and after any significant change in law, risks or Platform features.
The Key is for adults only: you must be 18 or over. The law in the UK (Online Safety Act 2023) requires services that allow pornographic content to use highly effective age assurance so that children cannot normally access it. EU guidance under the Digital Services Act, and our own standards, require the same. We therefore check the age of every Guest and Host before they can access adult Content or features.
2. Guests
Before you can view any adult Content, you must complete an age check provided by Yoti (our age assurance provider).
Accepted methods may include: facial age estimation, digital ID app, verified ID document with facial matching. Self-declaration (ticking a box or entering a date of birth) is not accepted.
Where facial age estimation is used, we apply a challenge age of 21: if you are estimated to be under 21, you must instead pass a digital ID check or an identity document check showing that you are 18 or over.
We may ask you to repeat the check, for example if your account shows signs of use by someone else or after a long period of inactivity.
3. Hosts and anyone on camera
Hosts, and any co-performer who appears in a Meeting, must complete full identity verification: a government-issued photo ID, facial matching to that ID, and a liveness check, through Yoti.
We confirm the person is at least 18 (or the higher legal age where they live) and keep a record that verification was completed.
Verification is repeated annually / when there is any doubt and live checks may be requested at any time.
4. Visitors without an account
Visitors who have not passed an age check can only see public, non-adult pages, which contain no explicit images or descriptions.
5. Privacy
Yoti processes the images and documents needed for the check. We receive the result (pass or fail and, for Hosts, verified identity details) and do not keep facial images for longer than needed. See the Privacy Policy and the Host Privacy Notice.
6. If you fail or cannot complete the check
You will not be able to access adult Content. You can try another method or contact support@thekeylive.vip. Accounts that we reasonably believe belong to someone under 18 are closed and any payments refunded.
7. Age and consent records statement
Every Host and every other person who appears on The Key is verified as being 18 years or over by government ID and liveness checks before they appear. Each has given written consent to appear and to their Content being made available on the Platform. Records of age, identity and consent are kept by Technology Group Ltd at its registered office, Suite 4, 2nd Floor, The West Wing, Montarik House, 3 Bedlam Court, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. Requests from authorities can be sent to legal@thekeylive.vip.
No one may record, screenshot, screen-capture or re-stream any part of a Meeting, chat or Content unless everyone involved has given explicit consent using a feature that the Platform provides for that purpose.
2. Guests
Guests must not record Hosts or other people in any way. Where the Platform offers a consented feature (for example, a purchased clip made available by a Host), you may view it only on the Platform for your personal use. You must not download, share or sell it.
3. Hosts
Hosts must not record Guests. Where a Host offers recorded Content for sale, everyone who appears in it must be verified and must have signed a consent form covering both being recorded and that Content being made available on The Key.
4. Recordings made by us
We do not routinely record Meetings. Our automated safety tools analyse live streams in real time and may capture short excerpts or still images when a possible violation is detected, so that a human moderator can review it. These excerpts are kept for 7 days unless needed for an investigation, a legal claim or a report to authorities. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Withdrawing consent
Anyone who appears in Content may withdraw their consent and ask for it to be removed at any time by contacting moderator@thekeylive.vip. We will remove it promptly and in any event within 7 business days.
6. Intimate image abuse
Sharing, or threatening to share, intimate images of a person without their consent is a criminal offence in the UK and many other countries. If your images have been shared without consent, contact us immediately; in the UK you can also use StopNCII.org and the Revenge Porn Helpline. We will remove the Content, close the accounts responsible and cooperate with the police.
The Key has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. No person under 18 may use the Platform or appear in any Content in any way.
2. How we prevent harm
Highly effective age assurance for all Guests and full identity verification for every Host and co-performer (see Age Assurance Policy).
Hash-matching of uploaded images and videos against known child sexual abuse material (CSAM) databases and AI detection of possible minors in live streams.
Keyword blocking of terms associated with child abuse and age-play.
Human moderators trained in child safety, with immediate escalation.
Controls to detect grooming, and any attempt to contact children off-Platform.
3. What happens when we find suspected CSAM or exploitation
We remove or block access to the Content immediately and suspend the accounts involved.
We preserve the evidence securely, with access restricted to authorised staff, and we never tell the suspect that a report has been made.
We report it: to the UK National Crime Agency (NCA) where there is a UK link, as required by the Online Safety Act 2023 from 7 April 2026; to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline; to the Royal Gibraltar Police; and to any other authority where the law requires.
Where applicable, images and URLs may also be reported to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) so they can be blocked across the internet.
Where a child may be in immediate danger, we will contact the police in the relevant country straight away.
4. How you can report
Use the Report button or email safety@thekeylive.vip. Mark the report “child safety” so it is prioritised. In the UK you can also report to the IWF (report.iwf.org.uk) or to CEOP (ceop.police.uk). Please do not download, copy or forward suspected material.
5. Responsibilities
Our Head of Trust and Safety is accountable for this policy, which is reviewed at least once a year. Staff and moderators receive training and wellbeing support.
Email complaints@thekeylive.vip, use the in-app “Help” form, or write to us at Technology Group Ltd, Suite 4, 2nd Floor, The West Wing, Montarik House, 3 Bedlam Court, Gibraltar GX11 1AA.
Please tell us your username, what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. You can complain about anything, including a Meeting, a payment, a moderation decision, a Host or Guest, accessibility, or how we use your personal data.

We acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
Complaints about illegal or non-consensual Content are investigated and resolved within 7 business days, and the Content is removed immediately if it is clearly illegal.
Other complaints are answered within 14 days, or we will explain why we need more time and give you a date.
Data protection complaints are acknowledged within 30 days at the latest, as required by UK law, and we keep you updated.
3. Appeals against moderation decisions
If we remove your Content or restrict, suspend or close your account, you can appeal within 6 months of the decision. A different, appropriately trained person who was not involved in the original decision will review your appeal and will not rely on automated tools alone. We will tell you the outcome and the reasons.
4. If you are still not happy
Senior review – you can ask for your complaint to be escalated to our Head of Customer Experience.
Out-of-court dispute settlement (EU users) – for decisions about Content or your account, you may use a dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the EU Digital Services Act.

Courts – you can also go to court, as explained in the Terms of Use.
5. Misuse of the complaints process
We may stop processing complaints that are clearly unfounded or abusive, after warning the person. We will never penalise anyone for making a genuine complaint.

We process it only with your explicit consent (given at sign-up) or where necessary for legal claims or substantial public interest such as preventing unlawful acts and protecting children. Safety and moderation records, including reports to authorities – 1 year.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also object to direct marketing at any time. Contact privacy@thekeylive.vip. We will reply within one month and may need to confirm your identity. Some data must be kept for legal reasons even if you ask us to delete it.

12. Complaints
Please contact us first at privacy@thekeylive.vip. You can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (Information Commissioner, gra.gi), to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are in the UK, or to the data protection authority where you live in the EU.

We do not sell Host data. Details of the specific recipients are available on request at privacy@thekeylive.vip.
6. Retention

This policy explains how The Key uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels and software development kits in our app) on thekeylive.vip and thekeylive.app.
2. Our approach

3. Types of cookies

5. Third parties
Our regulated payment service providers and our age assurance provider may set cookies needed to provide their services when you use them. Their own policies apply.
6. Legal basis
Cookies are governed by Gibraltar’s electronic communications privacy regulations of 2006 (LN. 2006/074), the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) and the EU ePrivacy rules. Where cookies collect personal data, we also comply with data protection law (see Privacy Policy).
This policy sets out how Technology Group Ltd (The Key) responds to personal data breaches affecting Guests, Hosts, staff or others. A personal data breach is any breach of security leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data. It includes data that was exposed and could have been accessed, even if we cannot yet show that it was.
2. Roles
Incident lead: Data Protection Officer (charmaine@thekeylive.vip) – coordinates the response.
Risk and notifications: Data Protection Officer – assesses risk and decides on notifications.
Technical lead: DPO – containment, evidence and fixes.
Legal counsel: legal@thekeylive.vip
Communications: communications@thekeylive.vip
3. Step 1 – Report (immediately)
Anyone who suspects a breach must report it immediately to security@thekeylive.vip and the incident lead. The time we first become aware is recorded, because legal deadlines run from then.
4. Step 2 – Contain and preserve (within hours)
Stop the exposure (take systems offline, fix access controls, revoke credentials), preserve logs and evidence, and identify which data and people are affected.
5. Step 3 – Assess risk (within 24–48 hours)
Consider the type and sensitivity of data (for example, bank details, ID documents, data linking a person to an adult platform), the number of people, whether data was accessed or misused, and the likely consequences (fraud, blackmail, reputational harm, physical risk to Hosts).
6. Step 4 – Notify regulators (within 72 hours)
Unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to people, notify within 72 hours of becoming aware:
the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (Information Commissioner) using its data breach notification form;
the UK ICO where UK users are affected;
relevant EU data protection authorities where EU users are affected. If full information is not yet available, notify in phases. If notification is late, give the reasons for the delay.
7. Step 5 – Tell affected people (without undue delay)
If the breach is likely to result in a high risk, tell the people affected in clear language: what happened, what data, the likely consequences, what we have done, what they should do (for example, watch for phishing, contact their bank) and how to contact us.
8. Step 6 – Other notifications
Consider notifying the police (where there is criminal activity). Notify any other relevant authority where the law requires, in addition to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (Information Commissioner) and the other data protection authorities in Step 4. Tell affected Guests and Hosts as set out in Step 5, where the law requires.
9. Step 7 – Record and learn
Every breach, including those not notified, is recorded in the breach register with the facts, effects, decision and actions. A review is carried out after each significant breach and controls are updated.
10. Testing
This policy is tested at least once a year and after any significant incident.
This Host Agreement is between you (the Host) and Technology Group Ltd, a company incorporated in Gibraltar (Company Registration No. 119378) whose registered office is at Suite 4, 2nd Floor, The West Wing, Montarik House, 3 Bedlam Court, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, trading as The Key (we, us). You accept it when you complete Host onboarding. It applies together with the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Moderation Policy, Recording & Consent Policy, Age Assurance Policy and Host Privacy Notice. You are an independent contractor running your own business. Nothing in this Agreement makes you our employee, worker, partner or agent. You decide whether, when, where and how often you work, what services you offer (within our rules) and your rates within the range the Platform allows. You may work on other platforms unless you have agreed in writing to be “exclusive” to The Key. You provide your own equipment and premises and are responsible for your own costs.
2. Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 18 (or the higher legal age where you live) and legally able to provide adult services where you live.
You must complete identity and age verification through Yoti (government photo ID, facial matching and liveness check) and repeat it when we ask.
You must pass sanctions, politically exposed person and adverse media screening, and give us accurate address, tax and payout information.
You must not be subject to anyone else’s control. You must operate your account yourself; agencies or managers may only be involved if they are approved by us in writing and verified.
3. Anyone else on camera
No one other than you may appear in a Meeting or Content unless they have, before appearing: (a) been verified through Yoti as an adult; (b) been registered by you as a co-performer for that Meeting or Content; and (c) signed our consent and release form. If an unverified person appears, even briefly, you must end the Meeting immediately. You must keep, and give us on request, any records needed to prove the age, identity and consent of every person who appears.
4. Your conduct and Content
You must comply with all our policies and with the law where you live and where Guests are located.
You must not involve anyone under 18, meet Guests in person, offer escorting or any off-Platform services, take payment outside the Platform, or share Guests’ personal data.
Gifts – you may receive gifts only as virtual gifts that Guests buy with Tech Tokens on the Platform; they count towards your earnings like other tokens spent with you. You must not ask for or accept gifts, money or payments outside the Platform, publish wish lists, gift-card requests, external payment links or crypto wallet addresses, or give any postal address for gifts. Breach may lead to withheld earnings and closure of your account.
You must respect Guests’ privacy, must not record them, and must follow the Recording & Consent Policy.
You confirm that your Content is original or that you have all rights needed, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
Your profile must accurately describe what you offer. You may set boundaries and decline any request.
5. Licence of your Content
You keep ownership of your Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, stream, display, moderate, translate and make your Content available to Guests on the Platform, and to use your stage name and approved profile images to promote your profile on the Platform. We will only use your Content in marketing outside the Platform with your separate opt-in consent, which you can withdraw. The licence ends when you remove the Content or close your account, except for copies we must keep for legal, safety or dispute reasons and Content already purchased by Guests for the period shown at purchase.
6. Earnings and commission
Guests pay us in Tech Tokens. For each token spent with you (on Meetings, tips and virtual gifts), you earn a money amount equal to the token value less our commission. You do not receive or hold Tech Tokens, and earnings are paid only in money (or crypto, if you choose) under section 7.
Commission: 35% of the value of tokens spent with you. Token conversion for Host earnings: 1 Tech Token = £1. Any other fees (for example payout fees) are shown in your dashboard before they apply.
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any increase in commission or fees. You may end this Agreement before the change takes effect.
Your dashboard shows total earnings, pending earnings, earnings available for payout, payouts made and your next payout date.
7. Payouts
Bank transfer – paid to a bank account in your own legal name through our payout provider.
Crypto – paid into a wallet that you have proved that you control, through our payout provider. The amount is converted at the provider’s rate at the time of payout; network fees will be deducted. Crypto transfers are irreversible; you are responsible for giving a correct address and network.
Earnings become available within 5 days after the Meeting (the holding period) to allow for refunds and fraud checks. Minimum payout: £100. Payout schedule: agreed on request.
We never pay to third-party accounts or wallets. We may hold payouts while we complete verification, sanctions or anti-money-laundering checks, or investigate a serious breach or fraud. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
8. Refunds, fraud and adjustments
If a Guest receives a refund or restored tokens because a Meeting was not provided as described, because of fraud, or because Content breached our policies, we may deduct the related earnings from your balance. We will show each adjustment in your dashboard with the reason. Earnings linked to serious breaches (for example, an unverified person on camera) may be withheld. You may dispute any adjustment under the Complaints Policy.
9. Tax
You are responsible for your own income tax, social security and VAT or other sales taxes. We do not deduct tax unless the law requires. We may be required to collect your tax identification number, date of birth, address and earnings, and to report them to tax authorities under the OECD Model Reporting Rules for Digital Platforms, EU DAC7 or similar rules. We will give you a copy of any information we report.
10. Safety and support
We provide verification, moderation, blocking tools, country and region blocking, and a safety team at safety@thekeylive.vip. If you feel unsafe, under pressure or controlled by anyone, contact us – we will help confidentially. In the UK, the Modern Slavery Helpline is 08000 121 700.
11. Suspension and termination
You may end this Agreement at any time by closing your Host account. We will pay your available earnings after the holding period, less any adjustments.
We may suspend or end this Agreement on 7 days’ notice for any reason, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach it, if there is a risk to anyone’s safety, or if the law requires. We will give reasons and a route to appeal, as set out in the Complaints Policy.
Lawfully earned amounts will be paid unless we are legally required to withhold them or they are linked to fraud or a serious breach.
12. Liability and indemnity
You are responsible for, and will compensate us for, losses, claims and fines we suffer because of your breach of this Agreement, your Content, or your breach of law (including infringement of others’ rights and any failure to verify co- performers). Our liability to you is limited to the greater of the earnings paid to you in the previous 12 months and £500, except where the law does not allow limitation (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Confidentiality and data
You must keep Guests’ information confidential and use it only to provide Meetings. We process your data as described in the Host Privacy Notice.
14. Changes, law and disputes
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of material changes to this Agreement. This Agreement is governed by the law of Gibraltar, and the courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
This policy sets out how Technology Group Ltd (The Key) prevents money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions breaches, with particular focus on cryptoasset payments and Host payouts. It reflects the Gibraltar Proceeds of Crime Act 2015, applicable UK and EU rules and the requirements of our payment partners.
2. Responsibilities
Our Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) can be contacted at: mlro@thekeylive.vip. The MLRO reports to the board at least once a year. All relevant staff receive training on joining and annually.
3. Risk assessment
We maintain a written business-wide risk assessment covering customers, Hosts, countries, products (Tech Tokens, tips, gifts), payment channels (Open Banking and crypto) and delivery channels, reviewed at least once a year.
4. Guests
Identity is established through age assurance and payment data from our payment provider (Guest payments) and our payout provider (Host payouts) – bank account holder name, or wallet and screening data.
Enhanced checks (for example, proof of identity, source of funds) may apply when spending exceeds £1000 per month, for unusual patterns, or for higher- risk countries.
We do not allow Guests to withdraw tokens as money, transfer tokens to others or cash out.
5. Hosts (know your customer)
Full identity verification and liveness through Yoti; address and tax details.
Sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening at onboarding and continually apply.
Payouts only to bank accounts or wallets in the Host’s own name, verified by name match or wallet-ownership proof.
Monitoring for red flags: many Hosts paid to one account or wallet, a third party controlling a Host’s account, Guests repeatedly paying the same Host far above normal levels (possible collusion or laundering), rapid in-and-out activity.
6. Cryptoasset controls
Crypto payments are handled only through our regulated Open Banking and crypto payment partner, and crypto payouts only through our regulated payment and payout provider. Both carry out blockchain analytics and travel- rule compliance.
Only USDC and USDT are accepted. Privacy coins and mixers are not accepted.
Wallets linked to sanctions, darknet markets, stolen funds, mixers or fraud are blocked; affected funds may be frozen and reported.
For transfers of £1,000 or more, or where risk is higher, we or our payment provider collect the information required by the travel rule and may require proof of ownership of self-hosted wallets.
7. Sanctions
We do not provide services to, or pay, anyone on the UK, EU, UN or US sanctions lists, or located in comprehensively sanctioned territories. Screening is carried out on every Host and on Guests above risk thresholds, and payment providers screen every transaction.
8. Suspicious activity
Staff must report any suspicion to the MLRO immediately. The MLRO decides whether to file a suspicious activity report with the Gibraltar Financial Intelligence Unit (GFIU). We must not “tip off” anyone that a report has been made.
9. Record keeping
Customer due diligence and transaction records are kept for at least 5 years after the end of the relationship or transaction.
Slavery Statement 1. Our position Technology Group Ltd (The Key) is committed to preventing human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour and modern slavery on the Platform and in our business. These are serious crimes under Gibraltar’s Crimes Act 2011 and the laws of the UK and other countries. This statement is published voluntarily; the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 statement duty applies only to organisations with a turnover of £36 million or more.
2. Risks we have identified
The main risk is that a person is forced, coerced or controlled by someone else to work as a Host, or that a third party takes their earnings. Other risks include our suppliers (for example, outsourced moderation or support staff).
3. What we do
Verify every Host and co-performer’s identity and age and require each to operate their own account.
Pay earnings only to accounts or wallets in the Host’s own name.
Use signals to detect control: several Hosts on one device or location, shared payout details, scripted or distressed behaviour, a third-party present or giving instructions.
Ban in-person meetings and off-Platform contact between Guests and Hosts.
Train moderators and support staff to recognise and escalate signs of trafficking.
Give Hosts a confidential route to ask for help (safety@thekeylive.vip) and signpost the Modern Slavery Helpline (UK: 08000 121 700).
Require Hosts to commit to fair working conditions.
4. If we find concerns
We act to protect the person first, preserve evidence, suspend the accounts involved, and report to the Royal Gibraltar Police and the relevant police force or anti-trafficking authority.
5. Approval
This statement was approved by the board of Technology Group Ltd on 08/10/2026 and signed by Mr G. Adams (Director). It is reviewed every year.
Policy 1. Our approach We cooperate with law enforcement and public authorities to protect people and prevent crime, while respecting the privacy of our users. We disclose personal data only where the law allows or requires it.
2. How to make a request
Authorities should send requests from an official email address to legal@thekeylive.vip, with the requesting authority and officer; the legal basis; the account(s) concerned (username or ID); the data requested; and the reason. Requests from outside Gibraltar may need to come through mutual legal assistance or another legal route, unless the law allows direct disclosure.
3. Emergencies
If there is a risk of death or serious harm, especially to a child, mark the request “EMERGENCY”. We will respond as quickly as possible and may disclose limited data without a court order where the law allows.
4. What we check
We check that each request is genuine, lawful and proportionate. We may refuse or narrow requests that are not. We record every request and what we disclosed.
5. Telling users
We will tell users about a request unless the law prohibits it, it would put someone at risk or harm an investigation.
6. Preservation
We can preserve data for 90 days on receipt of a valid preservation request while the authority obtains a formal order.
7. Proactive reports
We report child sexual abuse material and other serious crimes to the authorities ourselves, as described in the Child Safety & CSAM Policy.

The Key is a user-to-user service that allows pornographic content and has users in the United Kingdom. It is therefore regulated by Ofcom under the Online Safety Act 2023. This statement summarises how we protect users.
2. Keeping children off the Platform
We use highly effective age assurance, provided by Yoti, for all Guests before any adult Content is shown, and full identity verification for all Hosts and co- performers. See the Age Assurance Policy.
3. Illegal content
We carry out an illegal content risk assessment and a children’s access assessment. Both are reviewed at least every six months, and before any significant change to the Platform. We use the measures described in our Content Moderation Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Child Safety & CSAM Policy to prevent and remove illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, intimate image abuse, extreme pornography, fraud, harassment and content linked to trafficking.
4. Reporting CSEA
We report detected child sexual exploitation and abuse content with a UK link to the National Crime Agency, as required by section 66 of the Act.
5. Complaints
UK users can report content and complain about our decisions, including decisions to restrict their account, through our Complaints Policy. You can also contact Ofcom about online safety concerns.
6. Senior responsibility

Hosts and Guests must only share Content they own or have permission to use. We respond to notices of infringement of copyright, trademarks and image rights.
2. How to send a notice
Email copyright@thekeylive.vip with your contact details; the work you say is infringed; the location of the infringing Content (link or username); a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
3. What we do
We review notices promptly, remove or disable access to Content that appears to infringe, and tell the person who posted it, with a copy of the notice (we may remove the notifier’s personal details where appropriate).
4. Counter-notice
If your Content has been removed and you believe this is a mistake or you have permission, you can send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why. We may restore the Content unless the complainant tells us they have started legal proceedings.
5. Repeat infringers We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Piracy of Hosts’ Content
If you are a Host and find your Content on another website, tell us. We may help you send takedown notices.
